The little netbook is everything it promises. The screen is beautiful, the keyboard is very good and it does all the software I asked. I loaded the following programs: Word, Excel, Solano and everything for the office, Photoshop Elements, AC3D CAD program editor CofeeCup web and some video editing and printing software. Everything works fine. I have to add more memory, now I have 2 gig of RAM.

I bought this netbook (10.1 Aspire One), in March 2009.
This works perfectly (computer end of it) and since then has continued to do so,
But it seems that Acer has not solved a big problem that plagues their laptops, their opinions are unfounded. 219 hours after application of the display, without provocation on my part, has developed a single vertical line right in the middle.
These pixels wide and runs right down and is more frequent
under certain conditions, the colors.
After this problem I developed a little 'research and discovered that this is a problem, Acer is
not only with this model, but many of the others.
Here's the kicker, however, Acer does not recognize the problem, and when I tried to have the problems fixed under their warranty which I was not my fault and that ploblem not included.
I bought my first computer in 1982, and many TRS80 from then until today, although I do love this little machine will never buy another Acer, nor do I recommend it to everyone, especially because their customer service %$^%^$ #.

I purchased this product in 09 June, where Iam very happy. So I bought the product for my son as a gift, the machine will not boot, sent back for a replacement. The replacement had the same problem does not start, is back for a refund. Iam debating whether I should try again, because my behaving so well.

Asus Eee PC netbook frenzy began in 2007, now Grand Master of the small back-and-sleek with its Eee better for everyone. 1000HE combines 901 extra-long battery life with the power and capacity 1002HA (which we reviewed in March), and fits in almost MacBook Pro chiclet-style full-size keyboard.

1000HE is the first netbook we examined the new Intel Atom N280, which kicks in an hour from 1.6 GHz to 1.66 GHz and front-bus from 667MHz to 533MHz. Other than that, it is practically the same hardware, like other Asus 10-inch model, like the 1002HA. 1000HE business 1002HA is brushed aluminum exterior glossy fingerprint-prone plastic, the 1000H is replacing chiclet keyboard standard keys.

I love my netbook. It is light, easy to use, and skin. I love the battery life. The battery works as advertised.

I can not believe they put such a terrible sound card on this machine otherwise great. I have it is completely off (I could not hear anyway) from the bottom of the computer. It is so terrible that I suppose, but the computer has no sound.

I like having the built-in Web cam, but no sound, all the fun technical things I could do on the Internet, without any result.

I use Mac all the time that I have a computer and are already the seventh. I had a car more suited to travel, which could fold into a medium-sized tote bag. The Mac-only candidate, the MacBook Air, while lightweight, is compact. What is more, in today's economy, could not justify a secondary machine, which starts at $ 1500.
