How to Reset Your Printer? Troubleshooting for Resetting Your HP, Dell, Lexmark, Brother or Samsung

Resetting an HP laser printers
It is a technique known as cold resetting. It is basically all HP printer settings to the factory default levels. It is important to note that all settings are reset to be performed on the printer control panel. So if you have justa JetDirect card then even the IP address is reset to the factory settings. You can try to reset NVRAM. To do this, turn off the HP printer and hold down the "go" for about 20 seconds, while switching the printer back on.
- Reset HP 1200 and 1100 models: To do this, simply change the data by going into the service mode. This applies if your HP printer has a display. Otherwise, you must hold down the "go" for about 5 seconds, while thePrinter is turned on.
- HP 2100 printer resetting: You need the "job-press style" button after turning off the printer. Then turn on the printer, and only then you can cancel the button labeled "."
Reset - HP 2200 printer: Turn the printer off and then hold down the "Go". Switch back into the printer while you go to click the "go" to the light. Then release the button.
Reset - HP 6P and 5P models: Turn off the printer and then press the "reset"Button within 20 seconds and then turn the printer back again.
Resetting a Dell printer
You can reset your Dell printer relatively easily by simply double-clicking on the "Reset Dell Printer '. You can reach this icon by clicking on the folder 'UAN', then "System Utilities", and you should see the icon. However, a word of caution will work - this method only if the USB cable is connected directly from the PC to the printer.
Resetting a LexmarkPrinters
You will first need to turn off your printer. Then simultaneously press the keys RETURN and READY when you switch the printer on. This will take you to the diagnostic mode. The display shows unit, the message "Performing Self Test. Select 'Maintenance count'. Set the number to make it equal to zero. Then select the RETURN key and go back to diagnostic mode. Then you can reset the printer to get back in normal mode.
Resetting Brother Printer
You need to holdthe up or down key a few times until you "Maintenance 99" appears on the display. Then press the set button to switch to standby mode. Please note that if you press the EXIT button after entering a single digit then the machine goes to maintenance mode in the initial phase.
Resetting Samsung printer
You must press the following keys in quick succession - MENU # 1 9 3 4. Then you should say a message on the display 'TECH see. Then again select the MENU buttonfollowed by ENTER. The display will now show 'TECH MODE ". Then select the'
