A netbook is a very well basically a mini-laptop to view e-mails, documents, DVDs, music and other applications like small tasks on the go. Personally, I own a netbook and use it to surf the internet and play my DVDs. As the main computer, I have a MacBook Pro. However, my Q2 MSI Wind Netbook serves as a travel companion that you have given me to keep my friends and family and fun in touch.
